November updates

As we move towards the end of the year, our portfolio continues to grow with some of the very best of Cornish property available on the market. We’ve enjoyed seeing Cornwall’s picturesque towns and villages lit for the festive season and look forward to visiting Truro’s iconic cathedral for a performance from the Truro Choral Society, who we are supporting as their key sponsor.

Looking towards 2022, we are looking to meet continuing high demand for quality Cornish homes, so please get in touch if you would like to work with us. Don’t leave your sale to chance, be Shore.

Sales highlights this month

The beautiful Piper’s Barn, nestled in a sheltered valley near Feock, was sold off a guide price of £1,000,000. After 26 happy years in this peaceful family home, the owners will be moving on to a new and exciting project nearby and they were delighted we quickly found them the perfect buyer who will now become its new custodians.

Feedback from the seller:

“We were delighted with the service we received from Shore Partnership who managed the sale of our house. Tim and his colleagues made the whole process virtually stress-free. Tim was friendly yet professional and we were confident in his decision making skills. We were kept up to date with any developments and he provided excellent advice with regard to preparing the house prior to putting it on the market. When the process looked as if it may derail he remained calm and negotiated with both parties, while appearing to remain firmly on our side. I would not hesitate to recommend Shore Partnership to any potential buyer or seller.”
