If you need a mortgage this will have to be organised before you can reserve a new home. We can put you in touch with an independent mortgage broker who will provide you with guidance and expertise. We will need to see a ‘Decision in Principle’ letter which confirms the amount you can borrow.
If you are a cash buyer you will need to demonstrate that funds are available and if you are a homeowner who needs to sell your current property, we will comprehensively check the chain and your ability to proceed to completion.
