April updates

As the United Kingdom begins to open up, the Shore Partnership team have seen a busy month of welcoming new homes for sale in Cornwall and selling properties across the Duchy to lucky buyers. We’ve also been looking for opportunities to support our local areas by meeting with community groups, building on our strong relationships and seeing what we can do to help.

This month has proven once again that we love being a prime Cornwall estate agent and helping property owners sell their homes.

Property bought and sold in April

At the very beginning of the month, 1 Belmont Villas joined the property portfolio. As a classic Victorian house located on The Avenue, one of Truro’s best address, with high ceilings and plenty of character it’s no surprise that this home is now under offer.

We also welcomed 4 Oakroyd to Shore Partnership, a beautiful, spacious apartment in Falmouth and, most recently, The Stennings in Brill, Constantine which is a light, spacious and highly versatile family home. We’re excited to work with these owners and bring them the best buyers for their properties.

This month saw plenty of new owners buying their next property. We sold Oaklands in Lelant, The Hideaway in Feock, 12 St John’s Terrace in Devoran, Gwel Teg and Valley View in Mawnan Smith, and 29 The Sands in Carbis Bay. See all of these properties and more on our Sold page.

Best wishes to all of our new owners, we hope you all love your new homes and stay in touch with us about your adventures.

Our new partnerships

Supporting our local community and helping others to pursue their interests in music, sport, and nature is important to the Shore team so we were thrilled to be offered opportunities to sponsor local groups. Shore Partnership are now key sponsors of Truro Choral Society and are looking to expand our partnerships further.

“Music has been a huge part of my life since I was a young child,” said Ben Davies, director of Shore Partnership. “I am so proud to be able to sponsor this fantastic choir for their concerts to be accompanied by a deeply talented orchestra, many of whom I have known since the 1980s. Long live music making in Truro.”

Where we advertised in April

Cornwall Living was our newest advertising opportunity and it was brilliant to see our properties looking so breath-taking in one of Cornwall’s leading publications. We also advertised in Cornwall Home and Garden.

Both magazines beautifully presented our latest properties available to buy in Cornwall, we were incredibly impressed so keep an eye out for more of our work with these wonderful local publications.
