May updates

Between Bank Holidays, school holidays and Cornwall’s preparations for the G7, May has been a fantastic month for all of us here at Shore Partnership. We welcomed a breath-taking new property to our portfolio and handed the keys over to many happy new owners, including Cornish first-time buyers.

The property market in Cornwall has continued to go from strength to strength and we’re pleased to show off the best homes that Cornwall has to offer.

Property bought and sold in May
May started off with the sale of 7, The Sands, a beautiful garden apartment in Carbis Bay.

The gorgeous Mariner’s Cottage also sold in early May to a wonderful Cornish couple who plan to make this their first home owned together.

Cuttle Cottage has new owners this month after a jaw-dropping 41 viewings and 11 offers. It’s easy to see why this home was so desirable with its beautiful creek views and superb living space.

The latest property to join Shore Partnership is a rare home with an acre of level waterside grounds, access on to Restronguet Creek and an idyllic location. Lower Quay Cottage is available to view now and taking offers over £1,300,000.

Our new partnerships
Shore Partnership is now a key sponsor of Loe Beach Regatta. Loe Beach Regatta is one of Cornwall’s longest running village regattas and traditionally the first village regatta of the season. With a rich sailing background, Tim May, director of Shore Partnership, is proud to be supporting grass-roots sailing in the county.

He said: “Being able to support this historic regatta means so much to me, particularly as it enables sailors of all ages and abilities to compete. Sailing on The Carrick Roads is one of life’s most pleasurable activities and as a company, we want to help ensure that the sport remains open to all. The regattas have been running continuously since the mid-1800s, with only the two wars and Covid stopping the racing. We’re delighted to be able to support one of Cornwall longest running village regattas.”

What people said about us in May

We are lucky to work with many brilliant clients through our work and even luckier that they say such lovely things about us.

One of our latest clients shared this kind insight into working with the Shore Partnership team:
“We used Shore Partnership to sell our home in Falmouth after they were recommended and we were very impressed. We had excellent service from Tim, Ben and Andrew, all of whom were very professional, friendly and responsive. The marketing pack they provided was exceptional and we sold quickly for a price we were very happy with. Highly recommended!”
