September updates
As we move into autumn, we’re reminded of the beauty of Cornwall in any season. Crisp mornings and golden leaves creep into our day-to-day, along with a number of stunning properties for sale and sold, including apartments with sea views, a converted Victorian church and a former vicarage with Georgian detailing.
Our property portfolio continues to grow with success after success: off market sales, quick exchanges and very happy customers.
Property bought and sold in September
We started out the month with the sale of 1 Minfreda Gardens, a superb, contemporary property providing stylish, light and modern accommodation in a popular village close to the north coast of Cornwall.
Lime Tree House has now exchanged. This beautifully restored and quintessential former vicarage retains Georgian detailing and is set within over an acre of private grounds. We hope the new owners love this exquisite home.
An impressive off-market sale completed in Devoran, Tregenza is set within a large plot with far reaching views of the Cornish countryside. This property is now sold to a wonderful local family.
Just weeks after agreeing the sale, we exchanged contracts on the incredible Sea Horses in Flushing. This waterside home has direct water access, huge potential and a mesmerising position in one of Cornwall’s most desirable villages.
Wagtails sold in September after only six weeks from viewings to completion. Huge congratulations to the new owners! The individual, contemporary home is located on the edge of the Bissoe Trail, it will be a wonderful family home.
A new instruction for September, Coventry Road is a charming two-bedroomed cottage in the heart of Flushing village. The house features original detailing, a wood burner and a sunny terraced garden.
Stunning new seaside development
This month we announced an exciting new development of six three-bedroomed apartments overlooking the sea in Carlyon Bay. Trenarren House enjoys sensational panoramic sea views coupled with open plan living influenced by the French Riviera and Cornish coastal design.
Magazine features
We were thrilled to see our advertising feature in DRIFT magazine this month showcasing our latest properties to a different audience of readers and raising the profile of Shore Partnership in the Cornwall community.
