March highlights
March kept us busy, with a strong run of new instructions and continued momentum across the market. Spring has well and truly sprung and we couldn’t be happier. We were delighted to complete another successful sale for returning clients, the third time we’ve handled their move in the past 15 years or so. It’s a real honour to be trusted by our clients – whether new or returning – and always a pleasure to hear from them that we’ve delighted them. Read to the end for some feedback from both buyer and seller on this sale.

In Probus, we introduced Number 3 Netherfield, a truly individual architect-designed home set at the end of a quiet, exclusive development. Designed as a RIBA-led self-build, the property unfolds across three levels with a strong connection to its surroundings. Three lower-ground bedrooms open directly onto the gardens, while the main living floor centres around a beautifully designed kitchen flowing onto an impressive 12-metre balcony. Above, elevated balconies sit within the treetops, enjoying wide-reaching countryside views. Set within a generous plot including woodland and lawns, and complemented by a detached garage and resin driveway, this is a standout addition to the luxury Cornish property market.
Over on The Lizard, we brought Trerhose in Mullion to market, a versatile detached home positioned between the village and the dramatic coastline at Mullion Cove. With sweeping coastal views and footpaths leading directly towards the sea, the property offers both privacy and accessibility. Formerly run as a bespoke BnB, the flexible accommodation includes a principal suite with far-reaching views over the cove.
And on the north coast near Perranporth, we introduced Bryony at Cox Hill, a distinctive home set within around half an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens. Finished to an exceptional standard with bespoke detailing throughout, the property also includes two studios, a home office and a striking glasshouse outdoor kitchen – creating a highly individual space for entertaining and year-round enjoyment.

In Falmouth, we were delighted to complete another sale on Bar Terrace, helping the same family move for the third time in the past 15 years. Situated along one of the town’s most sought-after terraces, this Victorian townhouse offers three reception rooms, three bedrooms, a garage, parking and low-maintenance gardens, all within easy reach of the waterfront and town centre. With views across Falmouth and Castle Beach just moments away, it remains one of the area’s most consistently popular addresses.

What our client said:
“Placing and selling our home with Shore Partnership has been a seamless and positive experience. We have worked with Ben throughout the process and from valuation to sale he has been thoroughly professional, approachable and committed to the working with us. He has kept us up-to-date every step of the way and always kept the process as smooth as possible, even when navigating a number of sales throughout the chain. Shore Partnership have been extremely supportive and we would have no hesitation in recommending them after such a positive experience.”
What the buyer said:
“Shore Partnership (we dealt with Ben) were nothing but professional, efficient and helpful. From an initial viewing of the property by my partner, a comprehensive online viewing for myself and a second in-person viewing, Ben was true to his word and dealt personally with all aspects of our purchase, liaising with all solicitors and estate agents in a five-property chain. The whole process was negotiated seamlessly.”
