April highlights

Despite continued uncertainty in the wider economy, the Cornish property market has remained characteristically resilient, with committed buyers continuing to pursue homes in the county. April saw a wide range of standout property coming to market: coastal retreats and architect-designed contemporary homes, elegant period townhouses and countryside conversions. Also in Feock, we were delighted to introduce Little Piper in Penpol, one of the most thoughtfully designed contemporary homes we’ve handled in this part of south Cornwall. Cornish property sold in April

Near Truro, we were delighted to exchange contracts on the sale of Wayside in Carnon Downs. This extended and characterful family home offered exceptionally spacious accommodation including five double bedrooms, four bath/shower rooms, two reception rooms, a study and a superb kitchen/dining room designed for modern family life. Set within generous gardens adjoining open fields, the property combined a distinctly rural atmosphere with excellent access to Carnon Downs and Truro – a wonderful balance that attracted strong interest from buyers.
