2026: February highlights
February has been a lively month: the daffodils are well and truly out, the days are getting longer, and we’re looking forward to spring here at Shore Partnership HQ. We listed some outstanding homes across Cornwall and successfully navigated a five-property chain to exchange – always a satisfying reminder of what experience and good communication can achieve. If you’re considering buying a house in Cornwall or thinking about bringing your own property for sale in Cornwall, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

On the eastern edge of Truro, we listed a smart and flexible townhouse in Belvedere. Peacefully positioned away from passing traffic, the house provides four bedrooms (two en suite), a study, dining room, elegant living room, conservatory and a generous kitchen/breakfast room. A colourful, well-kept garden, garage and private parking complete the picture, along with far-reaching views.
At Netherfield, we brought to market something entirely different. Designed and built by an RIBA Chartered Architect, Number 3 is a truly individual home arranged across three levels and set within a substantial plot including woodland, lawns and even a distinctive moat approached by a bridge. With treetop balconies, exceptional indoor-outdoor flow, ground source heating and cooling, triple glazing and MVHR throughout, this 2,700 sq ft residence stands out as one of the most remarkable luxury homes Cornwall has to offer.
In Mawnan Smith, we listed ‘Tregelly’, an extended 1939-built detached home along sought-after Carlidnack Lane. With three bedrooms, two bath/shower rooms, generous gardens, double garage, workshop and ample parking, it offers space and privacy within easy reach of the Helford.

In Truro, we were delighted to complete the sale of 11 Falmouth Road, a charming Grade II Listed Georgian home. With four reception rooms including a vaulted kitchen extension opening towards a deep rear garden, it’s a characterful city residence that attracted strong interest – and we secured the buyer without relying on the usual portals.
On Bar Terrace in Falmouth, a chain of five successfully exchanged, thanks to close cooperation between agents and excellent communication from Nalders Solicitors throughout. This classic Victorian townhouse, with three reception rooms, three bedrooms, garage and views over the town, shows the strength of demand for period homes in Falmouth.
In Mylor Bridge, we were especially pleased to help a first-time buyer exchange on 7 Rose Hill. This Victorian home, with detached garage and generous garden, offered scope for improvement in a highly desirable creekside village setting.
One of the standout exchanges this year so far has been Jenkins House, near Perranwell Station. Set within 1.5 acres of level gardens and surrounded by countryside, this extended detached home provides generous space for family life just a mile from the village centre.
