In Feock, we listed Boswedden, one of the finest contemporary homes within the exclusive Kelliwith development. Set behind private gates and surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, this architect-designed residence has been carefully planned to maximise natural light, privacy and its connection with the surrounding landscape. Extending to over 3,200 sq ft, the property offers generous living spaces, up to six bedrooms and a remarkable sense of calm. Boswedden also carries a unique piece of Cornish history, having been the home of Barbara Joyce Dainton West, one of the last surviving passengers of the RMS Titanic, who planted much of the mature garden enjoyed today.

In central Falmouth, we brought Trevethan to market on Avenue Road. Forming part of an elevated terrace of just four houses, this comprehensively refurbished townhouse enjoys a highly convenient position within walking distance of Castle Beach, Gyllyngvase Beach, the harbourside and the town centre. With four bedrooms, generous living accommodation, well-planted gardens, a garage, undercover parking and additional storage, it offers an increasingly rare combination of practicality and sought-after location.

Positioned just outside Padstow, this beautifully presented period home blends original character with carefully considered modern improvements, creating welcoming spaces for everyday living and entertaining. Surrounded by open countryside, it offers a peaceful setting within easy reach of one of north Cornwall’s most desirable coastal areas.
