October Highlights

The Shore Partnership team were kept incredibly busy in October, listing a number of delightful Cornish properties for sale. We also received some really wonderful feedback from buyers and sellers this month, which we hugely appreciate.

As October drew to a close, we listed a fantastic residential development opportunity just a stone’s throw away from Stithians Lake. We were delighted to complete the sale of Kinbrae House in Falmouth. Previously a boutique set of holiday apartments, this property located near Gyllyngvase Beach has been through a recent and successful change of use (to residential) meaning that this fine Edwardian property will become a family home again, as it was when first built in 1904.
