Cornish property sold in June
Between Truro and Falmouth, we were delighted to complete the sale of a fantastic family property near Perranwell Station. This stylish village home has undergone recent refurbishment and expansion, resulting in a family home that is beautifully designed inside and out. A detached studio/home office offers exceptional versatility and the property boasts a professionally landscaped garden complete with everything a family might need to enjoy a Cornish summer.
In nearby Perranarworthal, we sold the gorgeous Mayfield House, a former coachman’s cottage set within mature gardens. We have worked closely with the owners of this fabulous Cornish gem, and were so pleased to see it into the hands of its happy new owners. Located on the historic Carclew Estate, Mayfield House enjoys beautifully appointed interiors, a south facing courtyard and parking for two cars.

In St Allen, near Truro, we listed a delightful and unique family home nestled within gardens and grounds of just over four acres. Surrounded by peaceful woodland, but within a short drive of Truro, this versatile Cornish home enjoys an unspoilt wooded valley setting with bustling Truro close at hand. Idless Woods border the property, with plenty of woodland walks on the doorstep, as well as an active local community in nearby Trispen. The A30 and Truro’s excellent transport links to London and the rest of the UK are close by. A perfect base to enjoy all Cornwall has to offer from the tranquillity of a quiet, secluded sanctuary.
Also near Truro in St Clement, we have available for sale a charming Edwardian residence located on the banks of the Tresillian river. A contemporary extension makes the most of the stunning river views and Cornish light. Surrounded by woodland with breathtaking countryside views, this luxury Cornish home is a peaceful idyll within a few minutes’ drive of Truro. The nearby hamlet of St Clement features a historic church and an abundance of riverside and countryside walks.
In the semi-rural hamlet of Callestick we listed Kellestek House, a high-quality contemporary family home beautifully designed and finished to exacting standards. Built using traditional Cornish materials, Kellestek House perfectly blends new build design and comfort with the beauty of Cornish stone, making for a unique and beautiful luxury Cornish home that’s well-placed for Cornwall’s coastal delights.
