July highlights
A busy month in July for Shore Partnership, with some fantastic property bought and sold, and some incredible weather making us extremely grateful to live in this part of the world. We were delighted to list The Mill House in Veryan/Pendower for the first time in 24 years. Nestled at the end of a long, private drive just a short walk from Pendower Beach, this charming cottage and annexe occupies an enchanting position within grounds of around seven acres including fields, woodland, wild meadows, and streamside gardens. This luxury home in Cornwall is set within calm and peaceful setting in an area of outstanding natural beauty with creeks, stunning gardens and spectacular coastal scenery right on the doorstep. We added a fabulous water-facing property in Penpol (near Devoran, between Falmouth and Truro) which very quickly was placed under offer. Meanwhile in Falmouth, we were very pleased to have handled the sale of Kinbrae House, a boutique guest house located near Gyllyngvase Beach. After a successful change of use from commercial to residential, this fine Edwardian property will become a home again as it was when first built in 1904.
We also handed over the keys to the fabulous Westview in Carnon Downs. It’s always rewarding to see a previously empty property into the hands of a happy new owner. Convenient for Falmouth, Truro and the Carrick Roads, this bright and airy family home offers generous accommodation with planning permission for a two-story extension.
