February 2022 – the highlights

Another busy month as we exchanged contracts on some excellent and landmark Cornish property. We’ve been reflecting on how important ‘Where You Live Matters’ really is, and we encourage anyone considering a move this year to get in touch and join the Shore Partnership family. With spring just around the corner, we’re looking forward to making the most of Cornwall’s incredible beaches, coastal walks and public gardens.

We have now exchanged contracts on all apartments in the stunning and highly individual Trenarren House, Carlyon Bay. The response to this highly in-demand new development was incredible, with all apartments going from first enquiry to exchange of contracts within the space of five months, way ahead of schedule. Huge thanks to everyone involved in this landmark project; we are thrilled to see such a great response to this wonderful selection of new homes.

We also exchanged contracts on a fantastic and brand-new riverside property in Devoran. Creek View is a gem of a new build, located on the banks of Restronguet Creek with direct water access from its terraced gardens. This property boasts a large decked area with ample storage for paddle boards and kayaks, and a sunken hot tub looking out over the water. Inside, light and spacious rooms make the most of the incredible views. We see the new owners spending many happy summers at Creek View.

Living and working in Cornwall, we feel strongly about taking care of this beautiful county. As part of our continuing efforts to give back to the community we love, we’re working with Field to Forest Foundation to reforest redundant farmland. Field to Forest work with businesses and local farmers to sequester carbon, increases biodiversity and regenerate wildlife habitats. You can find out more about their initiative on their website www.fieldtoforestfoundation.org or on Instagram @fieldtoforestfoundation.
