Location
St Breock Downs, located to the northwest of the property, is well known for its English Heritage listed St Breock Downs Monolith, dating back to the Neolithic to mid-Bronze Age (around 2500 – 1500 BC) and the largest in Cornwall. Elements of this ancient part of Cornwall now sit above ground with the stone excavated from site now used as the external skin of these exceptional new houses.

Hustyn Wood, located to the east of the property, is great for long walks, mountain biking and enjoying the peace and quiet provided by thousands of Douglas Firs. Within just a few miles is the historic 16th century church at Withiel, the award-winning vineyard and winery at Camel Valley, and the market town of Wadebridge (with the Camel Trail providing a beautiful walking and cycle trail to Padstow and inland to Bodmin).

The exclusive seaside village of Rock, nine miles to the north, is well-known for its breathtaking views of the Camel Estuary and Padstow. This sensationally positioned coastal resort has been an outdoor playground for generations with its combination of pristine beaches, nearby surfing beaches at Daymer and Polzeath, beautiful golf club at St Enodoc, and of course a location that is easily accessible from the main trunk roads into the county.

Further afield, but still within a short drive, is Cornwall Airport near Mawgan Porth, ensuring that Cornwall is very well connected nationally and internationally. Cornwall Airport current provides direct flights to London Gatwick, Stanstead, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham, Newcastle, Dublin and Belfast, along with the Isles of Scilly, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland and Denmark.
