Press Release: Shore Partnership launch
Directors and friends join forces to launch new independent agency
Shore Partnership has been launched with a simple company mission statement: “Where you live matters.”
This new and independent estate agency has been formed by Andrew Berry, Ben Davies and Tim May and will focus on quality property, large and small, across mid, south and west Cornwall, from stylish apartments to multi-million pound homes.
Both Ben Davies and Tim May left senior positions with Savills this summer and are joining forces with their long-standing friend Andrew Berry of Kernow Property Services, Truro. Between them they have over 50 years’ experience in the estate agency business, all in Cornwall.
This new independent agency will cater to the local market as well as to the increasing number of primary homeowners relocating to Cornwall. Cornwall Council figures show that the percentage of main homes (rather than second homes) in Cornwall is increasing, and Shore Partnerships hope to support this trend as well as offer first-class holiday homes to those looking to spend summers here. Shore Partnership will take the dedication to quality, care and attention usually applied to high-end luxury homes and extend this to all of the properties in their portfolio.
Ben Davies talks of their commitment to providing an exclusive bespoke service: “We believe Cornwall is the most desirable county in which to live and holiday, offering a fantastic lifestyle, great food and culture along with a thriving business community. We’ll draw on our collective experience in the industry with a strong focus on selling high-quality property in great locations. This will enable us to attract sellers and purchasers in all price ranges; a charming townhouse or stylish apartment will be every bit as important to us as a prime property in Mawgan Porth or country house on the Roseland.”
Having spent a great deal of their lives living and working in Cornwall, Shore Partnership’s founders are passionate about what this county has to offer. Their experience in the property industry has seen an increase in the number of people moving down here to live and work: Cornwall is now better connected to London and has in recent years seen a real increase in the number of quality businesses operating from within the county, due in large part to the availability of Superfast Broadband and the airport near Newquay.
