October highlights

October was month of momentum and meaningful milestones for Shore Partnership. Alongside a busy run of listings and successful completions, we were delighted to formally welcome Ben Standen to the team as a consultant, bringing over 30 years of experience at the forefront of Cornwall’s prime property market.

From tranquil creekside homes to elegant townhouses and energy-efficient new builds, we’ve had the pleasure of working with some truly outstanding Cornish properties this month.

As ever, it’s a privilege to be trusted with such important moves – here are just a few of the highlights.

Luxury Cornish homes for sale in October

In September we listed Rosella, a beautifully appointed detached cottage tucked away in a peaceful rural setting just over a mile from the centre of Truro. Combining charm, comfort and privacy, this delightful home features four double bedrooms, generous living space and landscaped gardens. A double garage, substantial workshop and dedicated home office make it perfectly suited to modern life in a tranquil countryside setting. Offers have already been received, reflecting the strong interest in this exceptional property.

We also listed The Nook, an enchanting Grade II Listed thatched cottage in the heart of Feock. Beautifully restored to preserve its historic character, this exquisite home exudes warmth and charm. Just moments from the peaceful waters of the Carrick Roads, The Nook offers a rare opportunity to own a truly timeless Cornish cottage.

In Falmouth, we introduced a classic Victorian townhouse on sought-after Bar Terrace – one of the town’s most admired addresses. Offering three reception rooms, three bedrooms, and the rare benefit of both parking and a garage, the property enjoys views over the town and towards Port Pendennis. A sunny courtyard and level lawn add to its appeal, while the location provides easy access to Gyllyngvase and Castle beaches, making it the perfect for those seeking the quintessential Falmouth lifestyle with beaches and town within easy reach.

We were delighted to bring Rosemullion to market this month – a beautifully crafted single-storey residence in the heart of Port Navas, one of Cornwall’s most picturesque creekside villages. Set in an elevated position, the property enjoys uninterrupted southerly views across the moorings and out towards the Helford River. Offering over 3,000 sq ft of light-filled accommodation, it features a roof terrace, hot tub, double garage and gated driveway, all surrounded by complete privacy. Stylishly extended and finished to a high standard, Rosemullion is a really special example of luxury Cornish property.

We also listed Sundowner, a beautifully extended bungalow enjoying a peaceful elevated position above Penpol and Restronguet Creek. Thoughtfully designed to capture natural light and far-reaching views across to the Mylor peninsula, this serene home features two double bedrooms and a collection of inviting living spaces. Combining calm, privacy and easy access to Mylor, Devoran, Falmouth and Truro, Sundowner offers comfort, coastal charm and convenience in an enviable location.

Cornish property sold in October

In October, we completed the sale of 63 Treyew Road, a superbly remodelled and extended family home on the western side of Truro. Originally designed in the celebrated Corfield/Cornelius style, this outstanding property combines contemporary design with exceptional light and space. Featuring four bedrooms, a deep rear garden with a studio and a double garage, it enjoys panoramic views across the city and beyond – a beautiful home and a smooth sale for all involved.

We also completed the sale of our 15th apartment at The Sands in Carbis Bay, thirteen of which have been for the same long-standing client who first entrusted us with a sale back in 2020. This milestone reflects the loyalty and trust that underpin everything we do, built through direct recommendations, private clients and a genuinely personal approach, and we’re very proud to have so many happy clients to show for our hard work.

We completed the sale of 25 Fordh Kober in St Agnes – part of a thoughtfully designed new development just moments from the north Cornish coast and the heart of the village. This detached four-bedroom home represents another successful sale in a development created specifically for full-time living, offering energy efficiency and low maintenance comfort. With only a few homes now remaining, Fordh Kober continues to attract those seeking a permanent base in one of Cornwall’s most vibrant coastal communities.
