October highlights
October brought us an Indian summer and a last chance to enjoy sun-soaked Sundays on the beach, followed by torrential rain and wind that made us glad to cosy up inside. We listed some exquisite examples of Cornish property this month, and were delighted to see some very happy new owners into their dream homes. We completed on a fantastic Edwardian residence in St Clement. Enjoying stunning views over the Tresillian River from an idyllic waterside position, this Cornish property ticks all the boxes of waterside and countryside living: fresh air, water views, peace and quiet – with stunning woodland walks close at hand.
