Property for sale in Cornwall in May
In Feock, we listed The Owls House, a beautifully refurbished and extended creekside cottage at the head of Pill Creek in Feock, south Cornwall. With direct water access, a southwest-facing aspect, and its own charming boathouse, this exceptional home offers peace, privacy, and elegance in a sought-after coastal setting. Just a short distance from Truro and Falmouth, The Owl House is now available for viewings.
We were delighted to list one of southwest Cornwall’s most remarkable period properties: Nansloe Manor, in Helston. Nestled at the end of a long, tree-lined private drive near Helston, this Grade II Listed former boutique hotel spans over 14,000 sq ft and sits within around three acres of beautifully kept gardens and grounds. Offered at £2,300,000, the manor has been meticulously restored and extended to combine elegant Georgian architecture with sophisticated contemporary design.
Nansloe Manor offers enormous potential – whether as an outstanding private home, multi-generational residence, or hospitality venture. A truly rare opportunity in an idyllic and discreet setting.
In Porthleven, we listed a beautifully presented three-storey home in one of this coastal village’s most iconic Victorian terraces. Set toward the seaward end of the row, the property enjoys truly breathtaking views across the harbour, the renowned sea wall, and out to the open ocean. Offering three bedrooms and stylish, modernised interiors, this charming coastal home combines classic character with low-maintenance living – all just moments from the heart of one of west Cornwall’s most vibrant harbourside communities.
In Truro, we introduced an exceptional Georgian townhouse on The Parade – one of Truro’s most admired and historic terraces. This beautifully renovated four-bedroom home offers over 2,100 sq ft of elegant living space across three floors. Meticulously restored to preserve its period charm, the property showcases original detailing alongside tasteful modern finishes. Light-filled and immaculately presented, it’s a rare opportunity to own a heritage home of real distinction in the heart of the city.
Cornish property sold in May
In May, we were delighted to handle the sale of Trewartha Chapel, a remarkable former chapel set in beautifully tended gardens on the Roseland Peninsula. After 23 years under the same ownership, this unique home captured the attention of buyers seeking peace, space and character in one of Cornwall’s most scenic rural settings. Positioned between Veryan and Portloe, and just moments from Carne and Pendower beaches, the property offers expansive and flexible living spaces, level gardens adjoining open farmland, and some incredible far-reaching countryside views. A very special sale in a treasured corner of the county.
We also completed the sale of a delightful countryside home in St Gluvias, Penryn: a fantastic property, and a satisfyingly well-executed process for all parties. Proof that clear and honest communication, patience on all sides, and local agents keeping in regular contact lead to a successful deal with smiles all round.

“The guys at Shore Partnership were fantastic. The communication was excellent, and I never had to chase updates or feedback.
They were professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me and my fellow executors.
Their experience also helped nudge our chain along whenever it stalled. And they did it all with a sense of humour! Highly recommended.”
