May highlights

Some gorgeous sunny spells and lots of rain have seen Cornwall’s gardens and hedgerows verdant and bursting into bloom. Late spring and early summer is possibly the most beautiful time of here in the Duchy and we’ve been finding time to enjoy it. We’ve also been very busy with some of the finest properties we’ve ever encountered passing through our hands in May. We were very pleased to have exchanged contracts on the sale of Alexandra House in Truro in May; the second time in four years we’ve sold this exquisite townhouse.
