Luxury Cornish property sold in July

In July, we were delighted to complete the sale of Bute Cottage in Flushing, a beautifully renovated Victorian home that had been in our clients’ ownership for 25 years. Quietly nestled in the heart of this picturesque south Cornish village, the property combines period charm with thoughtful contemporary updates. A stylish two-storey extension and sun-filled kitchen/dining room open seamlessly onto a low-maintenance garden, creating a relaxed and inviting living space just moments from the water’s edge.

We also completed the sale of The Old Vicarage in Stithians, a distinctive Georgian-style home built using stone from the original village vicarage. Discreetly positioned in a quiet corner of the village, between Falmouth and Truro, the home offers generous, well-designed interiors, a garden studio, flowing indoor-outdoor spaces and a barbecue area ideal for summer entertaining. We were pleased to oversee the sale of Trevounder, a much-loved family home in Tresowes Green, sold for the first time in over 37 years.
