February highlights

The daffodils are out in force and spring is on its way here in Cornwall, with the promise of blue skies and Cornwall’s many beautiful gardens bursting into life. We’ve had another busy month here at Shore Partnership and we were pleased to receive some really lovely feedback from a client after the smooth handling of a tricky sale. We’re experiencing strong demand for quality homes in Flushing and Falmouth in particular, so if you’re thinking of selling – or looking to buy a house in the area – please do get in touch for a confidential chat.

Conveniently located near Falmouth, Truro and Helston, this Cornish home enjoys a peaceful, traffic-free position with far-reaching countryside views. Fabulous walking trails at Carne Marth are just moments away, with dog walking, running and cycle routes aplenty. Vibrant Truro’s cafes, restaurants, cinema and art galleries are close at hand, and the property is within walking distance of Waitrose and a selection of renowned schools.

Cornish property sold in February

In Callestick, near Truro, we were delighted to get contracts exchanged on a fantastic contemporary family home – a process that threw up a fair few hurdles, but none that our hardworking team weren’t equal to! This beautifully designed Cornish property sits nestled in a quiet, semi-rural position within the hamlet of Callestick, surrounded by countryside but within easy access of Truro and the spectacular north Cornish coast.

In Falmouth, we handed over the keys to the very happy new owners of a great family home on Trescobeas Road. Penwarne occupies an elevated position with views across Boslowick Valley and towards Budock Church. This fine example of a family home is spacious and modernised but retains lots of charming original detail. We’ve shared some wonderful feedback from our client and the buyer below.

Feedback on our Cornish property agency

After the successful completion of a complicated sale, we were honoured to receive some delightful feedback from both client and buyer. We will always go the extra mile to ensure a smooth a process as possible and we’re very happy to have been able to make the process as stress-free as possible for all involved.

From our client: “Estate agents are tested when things don’t go right, not when things go swimmingly. As part of an eight month, five property chain everything got thrown at us from cyber outages to our buyer’s buyer pulling out and lenders hiking up mortgage rates at a level not heard of in a generation. When the market is wavering and you have to dig as deep as you ever had, this is the team you want in the trenches with you. Shore Partnership are truly outstanding agents. Professional, personable and a delight to deal with. When you think about calling out an agent call them – they won’t disappoint.”

From the buyer: “Thanks for all your help with the process and the visits. Really appreciated and took some of the stress out. Without you in the mix the sale / purchase would have fallen through. Good communication and very responsive.”
