December 2025 highlights
December brought a strong close to the year, with a selection of fantastic Cornish property listed and another sale in the sought-after Fordh Kober development. We finished off the month with a team lunch at the Greenbank Hotel in Falmouth – the perfect end to a busy 2025. Here’s our final round-up of property for sale in Cornwall brought to market in December.
We’d like to thank all of our buyers, sellers, partners and team for their support – it has been a pleasure working alongside you, and we’re looking forward to what 2026 will bring.
Cornish homes for sale in December
We were delighted to list a rare opportunity within the distinguished coastal mansion of Porthgwidden, where a well-presented one-bedroom garden apartment is now available. Offering direct access to around six acres of beautifully maintained communal grounds, along with use of a garage, squash court and a private slipway to the sailing waters of the Carrick Roads, this is effortless waterside living at an accessible price point. An excellent option for those buying a house in Cornwall with a focus on lifestyle and location.
We also brought to market a remodelled and refurbished detached bungalow in Feock, located right at the heart of one of south Cornwall’s most sought-after waterside villages. Surrounded by generous private gardens, the property offers up to four bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms, along with an attached gym or studio and the practical advantage of two driveways. A stylish, well-considered home ideally placed for village life in Cornwall.
Cornish property sold in December
In St Agnes, we were pleased to complete the sale of 24 Fordh Kober, a detached four-bedroom home within this thoughtfully planned development just moments from the north Cornish coast. Designed specifically as permanent homes, these low-maintenance, energy-efficient houses continue to resonate with buyers seeking high-quality full-time homes rather than holiday use. With only three properties now remaining, Fordh Kober reflects the growing demand for well-located, future-focused housing in Cornwall’s most vibrant communities.
