Guide For Buying A House in Cornwall

Buying a new home is different to the traditional residential sale process.  We will need detailed information to reserve and secure your new home and you may be asked to pay a reservation fee or a deposit.

If you need a mortgage this will have to be organised before you can reserve a new home. We can put you in touch with an independent mortgage broker who will provide you with guidance and expertise. We will need to see a ‘Decision in Principle’ letter which confirms the amount you can borrow.

If you are a cash buyer you will need to demonstrate that funds are available and if you are a homeowner who needs to sell your current property, we will comprehensively check the chain and your ability to proceed to completion.

“We have had an incredibly positive experience with Shore Partnership. They managed every aspect of our purchase with amazing efficiency. No question was too much trouble and photographs of building progress were willingly supplied. Considering we only saw the house once from offer to completion, the whole process was handled smoothly and professionally.”
