Location
St Clement is a beautiful and timeless riverside hamlet positioned on the banks of the Tresillian river, a tributary of the river Fal, to the southeast of Truro. Individual properties radiate out from the pretty and historic church, originally constructed in medieval times and a central focal point of the village, a site of special significance and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Riverside and countryside walks abound in the area. The footpath at the bottom of the garden leads along the river to Tressilian in one direction and to Malpas in the other. The Heron Inn at Malpas is a highly regarded riverside gastropub enjoying views over the confluent of the Tresillian and Truro rivers. There is also a farm/coffee shop, modern village hall and active marina.

The cathedral city of Truro is less than two miles away and provides an excellent range of shopping and schooling together with a mainline rail link to London Paddington. The vibrant university town of Falmouth, with its beaches, yacht marinas, National Maritime Museum, eclectic mix of restaurants and thriving arts scene, is just 13 miles away.
